ahh, yes. sculpture. in my three dee studio art class, we had to bring a shoe of which to make a wire and masking tape replica. everyone brought in sneakers. i brought in a six inch, patent leather beast a la bettie page. after about ten hours of work, i finished. i asked the instructor if i could use black electrical tape to give it a "finished look". "hey! it's tape" i said. he agreed it would be fine. score one for the home team! no one dared to copy me. critique went well; everyone seemed pretty impressed with the final product. as was i!

i am entering as many contests as i can to win money. i really need some.

i'm getting some photographs taken sometime early march. i've been trying to tone up for such a date, and i'm getting pretty excited about my first real photo shoot (besides the promotionals i did for that one photography studio). it will be too fabulous! suicide girls eat your heart out, because $4 a photo is NOT good enough for me, thanks.

so i need to spruce up my room a bit, for my walls are barren and sad. i want to do a 1950's theme, but need to find art swell enough to be displayed on my freshly painted walls. i will need something over my bed, and something over my desk. it sure does take a long time to get unpacked and settled in. it's been a month since i moved into this glorious place, and i still have boxes, no area rug, all my furniture is squashed in a tacky row, and it's just cluttery. i wish i could have christopher lowell come in and help me get organized! oh, but i have sworn off apartment/condo living forever. i will never live in another colony of humans again. no no no! it's a relief not hearing lawn service twice a week at seven in the morning. or pressure washing the sidewalks at eight in the morning. or drunken girls fighting, trash in my yard, thin walls, and people everywhere. no no no! not me! it's so quiet here you can hear your ears ringing. ahh, i love you, house. you will be so pretty.

pennywise is at the house of blues this sunday. i'm not sure if i'm going to go or not. there's not as much incentive as there was at the reverend and social distortion shows. hot hot hair.

my poor car was in an accident! some girl wasn't watching where she was pulling out, and smashed the side of my pee tee cruiser in. $200 to get it towed, and $2000 damage. like i really needed that. it's always something tragic with me, i swear. i just recover from moving twice in a month, then next i can't get the classes i need and stand in line for 6 or so hours (and finally get that straightened out), then this. never a dull moment.

some girl from back home got really mad at me because i heard she had funny looking hair. stuff like that makes me happy i go to college.

end of this month: like a rocket. oh, dear.
